Position Details

📍 Work Location:
1217 N Pearl Street
Jacksonville, FL 32202

🕒 Work Hours:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🔄 Saturday Work Required (Rotation Schedule)

☕ Lunch Break: 30 Minutes or 1 Hour

Responsibilities

✔️ Maintain and update financial records

✔️ Process invoices, payments, and account transactions

✔️ Review and verify financial documentation

✔️ Perform bookkeeping and auditing support functions

✔️ Enter and maintain accurate data in accounting systems

✔️ Prepare reports and assist with record reconciliation

✔️ Support accounting and administrative teams as needed

✔️ Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information

Qualifications

✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ Basic accounting, bookkeeping, or auditing knowledge preferred

✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

✅ Ability to work accurately with numbers and financial records

✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Must be authorized to work in the United States
