Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

✔️ Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

✔️ Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

✔️ Delivering meals and assisting with nourishment and hydration

✔️ Turning, repositioning, and ambulating residents

✔️ Taking and documenting vital signs

✔️ Assisting nurses and healthcare staff with patient care

✔️ Providing adjunct patient care including therapeutic baths, ice packs, and non-sterile dressings

✔️ Maintaining accurate patient documentation using PointClickCare software

✔️ Promoting resident comfort, dignity, and safety

Qualifications

✅ Active New Jersey CNA License REQUIRED

✅ CPR Certification REQUIRED

✅ Experience using PointClickCare Software REQUIRED

✅ TB Test or Chest X-Ray

✅ Physical Examination Report

✅ Current Season Flu Vaccination

✅ COVID Test Report

✅ Strong communication and patient care skills

✅ Long-term care or nursing home experience preferred
