Position Details

📍 Location:
101 NE 3rd Avenue, Suite 1650
Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301

🕒 Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

📅 Assignment End Date:
December 31, 2026


Responsibilities

✔️ Review and evaluate claims documentation

✔️ Conduct investigations and gather supporting information

✔️ Analyze records and determine claim validity

✔️ Maintain accurate case files and documentation

✔️ Communicate with claimants and internal departments

✔️ Prepare reports and recommendations

✔️ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

✔️ Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines


Qualifications

✅ Strong attention to detail

✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills

✅ Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions

✅ Experience in claims processing, investigations, customer service, insurance, or administrative support preferred

✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems

✅ Must be authorized to work in the United States
