Available Shift

🕒 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

📅 Every Other Weekend Required

Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

✔️ Assisting residents with walking, feeding, bathing, and personal care needs
✔️ Assisting with lifting, transferring, and repositioning residents safely
✔️ Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
✔️ Assisting with visitor management and providing information as directed
✔️ Recording and documenting resident information accurately
✔️ Cleaning and sterilizing equipment and resident care areas
✔️ Assisting with resident belongings and valuables according to facility procedures
✔️ Supporting a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents


Qualifications

✅ Successful completion of a 100-hour Nurse Aide Training Program approved by the New York State Department of Health
✅ Passed the New York State Nurse Aide Competency Examination
✅ Active New York State Nurse Aide Registration
✅ Previous nursing home or long-term care experience preferred
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
